The following letter, we received from a Canadian
investor on September 22, 2005. Stuart trusted the recommendation
of a friend and purchased an investment package prior to
visiting Panama. Following the visit, he wrote this
letter and invited us to share it with protential investors.

RE: Purchase of Condominion
Hi Mike,
Now that I have returned to Canada from Panama I thought I would write you a letter.
When I arrived in Panama, it was no secret that I had "reservations" about the country, for various
reasons.
I had not heard too much about Panama or It's people but I had heard of its neighbours!!
They say you should not judge a book by it's cover, in this case I have never been so happy to be so
very
wrong.
We arrived at the Decameron and settled in, when you called to arrange visiting the city (and our
condo)
myself and carol my wife had no idea what you had in mind.
We spent the next five days together (The 5 star hotels in the city are indeed what I would call 5
star!!).
Myself and Carol have travelled all over the world, and never have we been treated so well, especially
by
country and it's people, who if you listen to the horror stories are "Behind and Third world".
We spent a lot of time together, and I must tell you, from the swanky waterfront restaurants up to the
drive in cafes in the little towns up in the mountains I have never seen a people so keen to be
courteous, polite and keen to help!!
You can visit the air conditioned up market shopping mall which has a great choice of shops boutiques
and
fast food, Carol enjoyed shopping there.
I just had to let you know, that we had such a wonderful time, people must visit the country, hire a
4x4
and travel around and meet the people before coming to any conclusions.
There is nothing wrong with the "Decameron", we made use of the beautiful white sand beach, but you
must
in our opinion get out and about and get to know the people, especially if you intend to invest in the
country and subsequently it's economy.
Many thanks for a wonderful time, we look forward to many happy times in the near future.
Stuart & Carol
